Hopefully on Sunday I can say I’ve had a full two weeks of solid training. I have 5 miles to do Saturday or Sunday. I’m looking forward to it, although I’m a little nervous as I’ll be running in the heat and humidity of South Carolina. Maybe that will be a good thing? On another note, I’m still plugging away at the Plank Challenge I started two weeks ago. I have 1.5 minutes today, and then it’s two days of 2 minutes before a jump to 2.5. Whoo! I have decided to mix in side planks and such. So I hold the plank but may move to one side, back to center and hold, then the other side. It’s awesome to hold the plank for the entire time, but I’m sure it’s going to get insanely difficult very soon. I also love side planks!
